Job Description

Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business planning and decision-making.

Monitor budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and financial modeling.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal financial policies.

Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and reporting.

Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required by senior management.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications and Skills

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.

Experience working in the technology and telecoms industry is an advantage.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
