As a Sports Advisor, your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores satisfied. From a friendly welcome to a quick and easy payment process, your goal is to deliver a 5-star shopping experience. Decathlon invests heavily in teammate development, enabling those who want to build careers within the business to thrive. Responsibilities
- Welcome customers professionally
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing suitable solutions for returns, complaints, checkout, etc.
- Know the technical features and benefits of Decathlon products to recommend appropriate products and services
- Develop relationships with customers both in store and online
- Passionately share sports knowledge and help customers discover new sports
- Encourage loyalty card registration to improve customer information
- Align with Decathlon Malaysia's goals and collaborate with the team to achieve them
- Promote innovation and enhance the in-store sports experience
- Maximize sales using available resources and tools
- Arrange store layout according to guidelines and ensure high-quality presentation
- Maintain proper stock levels using the automatic replenishment system
- Enforce safety and security standards to protect people and goods
- Participate in training to develop skills further
