Preferably experience in FMCG Cosmetic & Toiletries industry. A team player with good communication skill. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
- Research on new products such as skin care, body care, hair care and household.
- Troubleshoot QC or process problems.
- To prepare any document related to GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 22716 & HALAL.
- To issue confirmed master formula to Production.
- To conduct stability study on lab sample.
- Responsible for keeping, updating, filing and review of R&D department documents.
- To compile relevant document for product notification and manufacturing.
- To monitor first plant trial run and verified label content on packaging and regulatory requirement.
- Perform other duties stipulated as per ISO 9001 : 2015 requirements.
- To verify claim substantiation; review and approval of Film Art.
- To prepare CEPT and attend to export related matter.
- Assist in production notification such as QTCCC, E-COSMA, MHCW, BPOM, FDA, NPRA & etc.
- Assist in CHRA & HIRARC.
- To assist in raw materials evaluation & approval.
- To conduct safety assessment according to latest requirement.
- To develop product chasis suitable for launching.
- Any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time.
