Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Operations Manager to support the daily execution of Triton Series Projects. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this role is ideal for someone with strong project management experience, excellent timeline control, and a problem‑solving mindset. The Executive Operations Manager serves as a key link between the COO, internal departments, and external partners—driving clarity, consistency, and accountability across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support to COO : Assist the COO in overseeing day‑to‑day operations across all projects, translating strategic goals into actionable steps and tracking overall progress.
- Project & Timeline Monitoring : Monitor project timelines and key milestones, ensuring internal teams and vendors stay on track; flag delays and risks to the COO in a timely manner.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination : Act as the operational link between departments ensuring clear communication, aligned priorities, and smooth collaboration.
- Operational Tracking & Reporting : Maintain updated trackers, reports, and checklists; prepare operational summaries and dashboards for leadership to support timely decision‑making.
- Internal Operations Oversight : Oversee internal operations projects, processes, and OKR tracking across departments. Identify operational gaps and help implement scalable solutions; comfortable working across global time zones.
- On‑site Operational Support : Support the Event Director and COO during live events by monitoring execution, resolving real‑time issues, and ensuring operational standards and sponsor requirements are met.
- Process & SOP Improvement : Assist in refining and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability across event operations.
Job Requirements
5–8 years of experience in operations and project management.Proven project and timeline management skills with a hands‑on, detail‑oriented approach.Experience leading cross‑functional teams and coordinating across departments.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data to inform decisions.Familiarity with poker, gaming, or esports industries is highly desirable.Proficiency in project management and tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Notion).Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a bonus.Senior Level
