Job descriptionAlt Sat 8 : 30am - 1 : 00pm Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin Results-oriented, committed to meet tight deadlines and objectives, good communication skills, interpersonal skills, positive working attitude & good discipline. Good computer literacy Good knowledge of Autocount accounting Software is an added advantage. Preferably able to start immediately & Chinese Female Group Insurance Coverage Dental & Medical Benefit Career Development and Advancement
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the monthly closure of accounts and the preparation of comprehensive management reports.
- Handle full set of accounting, ensure timely and accurate financial reports and other related schedules.
- Familiar with AR & AP procedures and data entry.
- Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure financial statements and any related reports are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accounts payable aging and reconcile vendor statements.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, where relevant or identified in any business transactions.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Working Hours
Mon - Fri 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm
