Mobile App Developer (Senior)

We’re looking for a seasoned mobile development professional to take on a strategic technical leadership role. As Mobile App Developer, you’ll guide a skilled team, drive full-cycle mobile solutions, and help shape the future of Daikin’s digital experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a mobile app development team focused on React Native technologies.
• Provide strategic guidance and technical direction to ensure scalable, high-quality mobile solutions.
• Champion engineering excellence and continuous learning within the team.
• Own the mobile app development lifecycle from architecture to release.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, architecture patterns, and documentation practices.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure secure, high-performance code and maintainability across platforms.
• Stay current with mobile technology trends, tools, and frameworks.
• Introduce best-in-class technologies and development practices to elevate product quality and delivery speed.
• Drive experimentation and PoCs to future-proof our mobile stack.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear business outcomes.
• Work closely with design, backend, QA, and product teams to build a cohesive mobile experience.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Design and implement secure, high-performing, and responsive mobile applications using React Native (iOS & Android).
• Implement features such as offline mode, secure authentication, API integration, and push notifications.
• Ensure cross-device and cross-OS compatibility, scalability, and performance tuning.
