Requirements

  • Achieve a Degree in admin or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing / sales support, preferably in the software industry.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong Analytical Skills, with experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative solutions.
  • Having own transport and willing to travel.

Skills preferred

  • Experience with sales support, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of software development processes, technologies, and industry trends will be a bonus.
  • Familiarity with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite would be a bonus.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) would be a bonus.
  • Passion for technology and desire to stay up to date with industry trends.

  • Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the director to manage his schedule, coordinate meetings and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media and paid advertising, to drive sales.
  • Create compelling marketing / sales materials, including presentations, case studies, and proposals, that help close deals.
  • Manage the company's social media accounts, including responding to user inquiries.
  • Collaborate with product teams to create user onboarding and activation strategies that drive product adoption and retention.
  • Provide support to business operation team.
