Requirements
- Achieve a Degree in admin or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing / sales support, preferably in the software industry.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong Analytical Skills, with experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative solutions.
- Having own transport and willing to travel.
Skills preferred
Experience with sales support, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales reporting.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of software development processes, technologies, and industry trends will be a bonus.Familiarity with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite would be a bonus.Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) would be a bonus.Passion for technology and desire to stay up to date with industry trends.Personal competence

Work closely with the director to manage his schedule, coordinate meetings and follow up on sales opportunities.Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media and paid advertising, to drive sales.Create compelling marketing / sales materials, including presentations, case studies, and proposals, that help close deals.Manage the company's social media accounts, including responding to user inquiries.Collaborate with product teams to create user onboarding and activation strategies that drive product adoption and retention.Provide support to business operation team.Benefits
