Site / Project Manager (Design & Build)

Company Background

We are representing our client, a specialist in Interior Fit-Out, with a focus on Commercial Office Design. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Site / Project Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibilities :

• Work closely with Business Development personnel in all projects during the proposal stage that include site feasibilities studies, technical input as and when required
• Client interaction and presentation, preparing project costing for submission, as well as vetting through Tender / RFP documents during the proposal stage, in particularly relating to all technical requirements
• Work closely with Commercial & Procurement manager on relating to costing during proposal stage to ensure all projects and technical requirements
• Ensuring that specifications offered to clients is within the scope of the Company and that client's requirements are adequately conveyed to other departments, sections and project teams are met
• Assist in planning and allocating manpower (project supervisors / coordinators) for the team upon project award and after sales
• Overseeing to ensure that the team production schedules are fulfilled according to client's requirement
• Coordinating closely with site operations team for all projects related issues
• Carrying out pre and post show costing and contract review of project awarded
• Assist in selection sub-contractors and manpower
• Resolve any non-conformity raise as and when required
• Ensuring quality of productions at site
• Undertakes other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management when necessary
