Job description3-4 years of experience in F&B / retail field as a manager, and at least 1 year as an Area Manager Ability to work independently, navigate priorities and tasks assigned in an organized and timely manner with a strong sense of ownership Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English Possess a can‑do, solutions‑focused approach in a fast‑paced / unstructured environment Excellent interpersonal and interaction skills to work together with people from diverse backgrounds and different levels Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team player who can positively and productively impact both strategic and operational initiatives MUST possess own vehicle May be required to travel domestically / internationally to support the implementation plan
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple outlets within a designated region. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring consistent brand standards, leading teams, and achieving sales and profitability targets. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a hands‑on approach and a deep understanding of retail or F&B operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing multiple outlet operations
- Responsible for outlet sales performance & outlet costing (P&L)
- Train and develop team to be top‑notch customer service agents
- Formulate and execute project delivery plans
- Develop internal & external partnerships
- Monitor performance of projects through key metrics, provide periodical performance reviews, and generate insights and recommendations to senior management
- Develop a deep understanding of the project including but not limited to machine SOP training and handling, product innovation, and market trends
Job Requirements
Head Office is based at Kota Damansara, with nationwide branches.
