Analyst, Card Operations

Reinvent finance with Reap to builtintelligent, efficient, and resilient card operational foundation. We are seeking a meticulous Card Operations Analyst to join our team at Reap. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our card operations from end to end, overseeing manufacturing, design, card logistics, BIN operations, and coordination with partners like Visa, Google for Digital Wallet Activations.

This role will be based in Malaysia, Penang. The successful candidate may occasionally (approximately 10% of the working week) be requested to work during Central Standard Time (CST) to facilitate global collaboration.

Oversee card design processes, including advising on designs based on client requirements

Manage inventory management, distribution, and tracking of cards

Manage Bank Identification Number (BIN) operations and allocation
