As part of this growth, we are seeking warm, welcoming, and service-oriented talents to be part of our Front Office team.
About the Role
The Lobby Ambassador is the first point of contact in the hotel lobby, responsible for creating a positive and memorable first impression. This role focuses on providing personalized guest service, assisting with directions, and ensuring the lobby experience reflects the hotel's brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival in the hotel lobby.
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and general information about the hotel and surrounding area.
- Escort guests to reception, concierge, or other service points as needed.
- Support Front Office and Guest Relations team in handling VIPs and special requests.
- Maintain a professional and polished presence in the lobby at all times.
- Observe guest needs and proactively offer assistance.
- Coordinate with Concierge, Bellman, and Duty Manager to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Ensure the lobby area is always presentable and aligned with brand standards.
- Assist in handling guest feedback or complaints, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
