Job Summary :

Progressive Technology is seeking a highly creative and experienced Remote TikTok Video Editor to join our growing team. As a TikTok Video Editor, you will be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, and viral videos) that aligns with our brand vision. This role requires a keen understanding of the TikTok platform, the ability to adapt to viral trends, and a passion for creating captivating and shareable video content. You will collaborate closely with the content team to develop strategies that will help increase our brands reach, engagement, and overall social media presence. Key Responsibilities :

Edit and produce high-quality, engaging TikTok videos, Reels, and Shorts, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.

Keep up with the latest TikTok trends, challenges, and content styles to create viral-worthy videos.

Work closely with the content team to understand the creative direction and deliver videos that align with marketing campaigns and goals.

Incorporate visual effects, sound effects, and appropriate music to enhance video content and increase engagement.

Optimize video content for maximum reach, engagement, and virality on TikTok and other social media platforms.

Analyze video performance and suggest improvements based on insights and analytics.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Proven experience in video editing, particularly for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts).

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other similar tools.

Strong understanding of TikToks algorithm and best practices for creating viral content.

Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and create timely, relevant content.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the content team.

Creative mindset with a passion for social media and digital trends.

Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.

Experience :

Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar platforms.

Working Hours :

This is a remote position with flexible working hours.
