Chief Financial Officer

An international manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its senior leadership team in Ukraine. The role has been created as part of strengthening management capacity and supporting the company’s future development.

Main Areas of Responsibility

• Shape and implement the company’s financial strategy in line with business goals.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee statutory and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and Ukrainian accounting standards.
• Manage cash flow and financial risks, ensuring stability and sustainability.
• Build effective cooperation with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Improve processes and introduce best practices in financial management.
• Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring strong performance and professional growth.
