Customer Care Consultant - Eye Specialist Clinic (Frontline)

We have Openings Based on few branches (PJ, Klang & Cheras, Johor & Ipoh)

Permanent Vacancy

Salary : RM3,500 – RM4,500

Working days : Monday – Sunday (5 days working, 2 days off – rotate)

Working hours : Monday – Saturday – 8 : 30a.m – 6p.m Sunday – 10a.m – 5p.m

Preferably Malay & Chinese Local Malaysian

Job Responsibilities : -

Patient Care & Consultation

• Provide patient education and consultation as directed by the doctor / CM.
• Attend to patients' needs, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Perform selective eye tests (e.g., instrumental eye tests) as deemed necessary by the doctor / CM.
• Assist in patient registration and appointment scheduling.
• Conduct patient follow-ups after consultation, surgery, or treatment.
• Support patients with insurance claim submissions.
• Obtain patient feedback / testimonials and conduct patient surveys to improve service quality.
• Manage patient complaints in a timely and professional manner.
