Senior Account Executive 高级会计执行员

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting & Reporting

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journal postings, and balance sheet schedules.

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), company accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.

Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Procurement, and HR to ensure smooth financial processes.

Assist the finance team in various ad-hoc analyses, reports, and projects as required.
