Wellness Ambassador

As a Wellness Ambassador at Eastern & Oriental Express team, to inspire others to lead healthier, more balanced lives. You will be the face of our wellness initiatives, responsible for promoting a culture of well-being and supporting employees or clients in their personal health journeys. Your role will include guiding individuals to adopt healthier lifestyle choices, organizing wellness events, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment that prioritizes mental, physical, and emotional well-being. • Promote and support luxury SPA and wellness programs and initiatives within the company or organization.
• Lead wellness activities and events, such as luxury SPA service, fitness classes, mindfulness sessions, and health workshops.
• Deliver exceptional luxury SPA experiences, including massage services, adhering to strict LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards to ensure guest satisfaction
• Provide training on SPA service line and communicate its benefits to our junior employees
• Provide guidance and support to individuals looking to improve their well-being by offering resources and personalized recommendations.
• Foster a supportive and encouraging environment where individuals feel empowered to prioritize their health.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to integrate wellness into everyday practices and policies.
• Stay up to date with the latest wellness trends and best practices to ensure programs are relevant and impactful.
• Provide feedback on wellness initiatives and suggest improvements based on participant input and results.
• Serve as a positive role model by embodying a healthy lifestyle and encouraging others to do the same.

Requirements

We seek warm, genuine, authentic people with a passion for travel and discovery. You are self-assured without being arrogant, and keen to interact with our discerning guests. You are a great storyteller with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude.

International exposure will be considered a plus. You must speak English. Additional languages, such as Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, French and German, are a benefit. We welcome a diversity of backgrounds, ethnicities and religions.

Experience in the hospitality industry is a bonus, but not a necessity.
