Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a System Analyst located in Cyberjaya. The System Analyst will be responsible for performing detailed systems analysis, troubleshooting technical issues, and conducting business analysis to optimize IT solutions. The role includes working closely with clients to understand their requirements and developing strategies to meet their technological and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Systems Analysis and Information Technology
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
• Experience in Business Analysis to effectively understand and document client requirements
• Capabilities in Troubleshooting technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in systems integration and service delivery is a plus
