Provide support as a trusted advisor for customers via emails, chats, social media, and video calls Assist and onboard new customers Develop digital marketing strategies Provide weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly strategic guidance to customers Ensure smooth customer engagement through proactive outreach Offer best practices on product usage and marketing strategies Keep customers updated on product releases and new features Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate teams What you need to succeed in this role :
Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) and English (C1 / Advanced level, both) At least 1-2 years of experience in customer success-related roles Strong digital marketing knowledge Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, project management, or marketing Comfortable using Zoom, Intercom, Mixpanel, Hubspot, G-Suite, and e-commerce platforms Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload) Will be a plus :
