PLC Programmer

Job descriptionDevelop, modify, and optimize PLC programs for automated machinery and production lines. Integrate PLC systems with HMI / SCADA for process monitoring and control. Troubleshoot and debug control systems during testing and commissioning. Prepare technical documentation, including program backups, I / O mappings, and operation manuals. Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure smooth system integration. Provide technical support and training to maintenance or production teams. Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Automation / Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems, control logic, and SCADA / HMI integration.
- Familiarity with electrical drawings, I / O lists, and instrumentation.
- Ability to perform on-site commissioning and system debugging.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel locally / overseas for project commissioning (if required).
