Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Functional

• Aggressively source and book new financing cases for the bank;
• Solicit leads via referrals and cold calls for sales via marketing visits, telemarketing, launches, roadshows and any other sales activities to achieve sales targets;
• Complete action of all leads assigned via LMS and strive to deliver high conversion rate of these leads to sales;
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with current and new customer;
• Attend road shows and / or any branch / off-site activities when required;
• To actively promote Personal Financing & ASB Financing products;
• Cross selling other banking products as and when opportunity arises to increase customers’ stickiness with HLB;
• Exhibit high professionalism and competency when selling;
• Ensure bank’s interest is protected at all times;
• Comply with bank’s relevant internal policies, SOPs, sales compliance and statutory requirement in relation FSA, KYC, AMLA and all relevant internal policies & procedures and sales compliance;
• To maintain and uphold service standards set by the Bank at all times.
