Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Functional
- Aggressively source and book new financing cases for the bank;
- Solicit leads via referrals and cold calls for sales via marketing visits, telemarketing, launches, roadshows and any other sales activities to achieve sales targets;
- Complete action of all leads assigned via LMS and strive to deliver high conversion rate of these leads to sales;
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with current and new customer;
- Attend road shows and / or any branch / off-site activities when required;
- To actively promote Personal Financing & ASB Financing products;
- Cross selling other banking products as and when opportunity arises to increase customers’ stickiness with HLB;
- Exhibit high professionalism and competency when selling;
- Ensure bank’s interest is protected at all times;
- Comply with bank’s relevant internal policies, SOPs, sales compliance and statutory requirement in relation FSA, KYC, AMLA and all relevant internal policies & procedures and sales compliance;
- To maintain and uphold service standards set by the Bank at all times.
Managerial
To collaborate with peers and colleagues in creating a positive customer experience;To contribute to an achievement oriented working environment.Organizational
Represent HLISB in relationship building with the community;Continuous effort to improve business in support of building brand awareness and improving customer experience.Jobholder Requirements
Malaysian CitizenEducation / Qualification
Diploma, Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field is preferredExperience
Min 3 years in sales experience;Experience in banking products, process and policies.
