Job descriptionMemuat naik kandungan ke platform yang bersesuaian seperti Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, dan YouTube. Menyusun jadual posting yang konsisten mengikut strategi pemasaran yang telah ditetapkan. Memastikan setiap kandungan dioptimumkan mengikut format dan algoritma platform untuk meningkatkan engagement. Berinteraksi dengan audiens melalui komen, mesej, dan siaran langsung untuk membina komuniti jenama. Mengumpul laporan data insight dari platform media sosial seperti jumlah tontonan, likes, komen, shares, dan engagement rate. Menganalisis data bagi mengenal pasti jenis kandungan yang paling berkesan dan mendapat sambutan. Memberikan cadangan kepada Content Creative Marketer untuk menambah baik strategi kandungan berdasarkan data yang diperoleh. Mengikuti trend terkini dalam media sosial dan mencadangkan idea kandungan baru untuk meningkatkan prestasi jenama. Berkeyakinan tinggi dan selesa berada di hadapan kamera. Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi dan ekspresi yang baik untuk menyampaikan kandungan dengan menarik. Kreatif dan mampu menyesuaikan gaya penyampaian mengikut target audiens. Mahir dalam penggunaan media sosial seperti TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, dan YouTube. Mempunyai pemahaman asas dalam analisis data media sosial (contoh : Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Facebook Creator Studio). Mampu bekerja secara berpasukan dan fleksibel mengikut keperluan penggambaran. FEMALE ONLY Fresh grads with relevant experiences or knowledge are encourage to apply. Pengalaman dalam hosting live streaming adalah satu kelebihan. Mempunyai gaya penyampaian unik yang boleh menarik perhatian audiens. Pengetahuan asas dalam copywriting atau penyuntingan ringan adalah bonus.
TANGGUNGJAWAB UTAMA :
1. Talent dalam Penghasilan Kandungan
- Menjana idea content yang bersesuaian dengan target dan fokus
- Menjadi wajah utama atau suara dalam video promosi, review produk, tutorial, live streaming, dan sesi interaksi di media sosial.
- Menyampaikan mesej jenama secara kreatif dan engaging mengikut konsep yang telah dirancang oleh Content Creative Marketer.
- Memastikan ekspresi, gaya penyampaian, dan intonasi selaras dengan identiti jenama.
- Mengikuti arahan penggambaran daripada Media Editor dan memberi input untuk menambah baik content.
