About the Role

Join us at The Starhill KL as part of our Lifestyle retail team! You’ll represent exciting consumer tech brands like Enabot and Libernovo , helping customers discover smart, innovative products that enhance everyday living.

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of the brand from welcoming customers, demonstrating products, delivering great service, and ensuring a smooth retail experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and introduce them to our smart lifestyle products

Demonstrate product features in a clear, engaging way

Support customers throughout their shopping journey and provide after-sales guidance

Handle POS systems and complete transactions accurately

Assist with daily store operations : opening / closing, restocking, displays, cleanliness, and following SOPs

About You

Experience in sales or customer service is a bonus.

Friendly, proactive, and confident in communicating with customers.

Willing to be based at The Starhill KL.

Product training provided.

Full-time and part-time roles available, with sales commission as well!
