Job descriptionDrive sales performance by setting clear objectives and monitoring progress across the region. Analyze performance data and provide regular updates to the Regional Director, highlighting areas for improvement. Support branch teams in achieving sales targets by providing guidance and resources. Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities and drive client acquisition. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key partners to ensure mutual growth and success. Represent the bank at industry events, fostering relationships with stakeholders and potential clients. Ensure smooth daily operations by addressing coordination and communication breakdowns between branches, departments, and clients. Act as a point of contact for operational issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain efficiency. Support branches in implementing regional directives and ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Work closely with branch teams to improve client relationship management and service quality. Support initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and satisfaction. Monitor feedback from clients and stakeholders to identify areas for service improvement.
