Responsibilities
- Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests asassigned.
- Complete make-ready process of vacant apartments as directed by the Facility Officer
- Work within expense limits established.
- Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.
- Schedule and complete the "Preventative Maintenance Program".
- Coordinate special projects as directed by the Facility Officer.
- Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.
- Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.
- Carry cell phone / walkie talkie as required for on-call maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned.
- Responsible for alerting the Facility Officer of any unusual occurrence and / or damage that have takenplace or that may occur.
- Maintain a professional courteous manner with all vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.
- Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines.
- Ensure compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner.
- Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined

Qualifications
Possession of a diploma preferably in Electrical Engineering or general equivalency diploma (GED) and one year of assignment-related maintenance experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.
