Restaurant Cashier

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Cashier / Staff / Supervisor to join our team at Prawn n Pot Udang Buffet (Pork Free & Muslim Friendly) in Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position, where you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our customers. You will be responsible for handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and potentially supervising other front-of-house staff.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Processing customer payments and maintaining accurate cash records
• Assisting customers with menu selections and providing recommendations
• Ensuring a clean and well-organised dining area
• Supervising and coordinating the efforts of other front-of-house staff (if applicable)
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
