Job Overview

As a Senior Service Engineer, you will take a leading role in supporting clients by overseeing the installation, maintenance, and optimal operation of our commercial kitchen equipment. This position requires advanced technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to mentor junior team members. You will work closely with the sales team and management to deliver comprehensive, high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee on-site installation of kitchen equipment at client locations, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety requirements.
  • Perform complex service, repair, and preventive maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment to ensure peak reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Act as the key technical advisor to the sales team, providing expert input during client meetings, project discussions, and proposal preparation.
  • Conduct regular client visits to evaluate equipment performance, troubleshoot critical technical issues, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Mentor and guide junior service engineers, sharing best practices and supporting their technical development.
  • Collaborate with sales and management to analyze recurring technical issues and prepare detailed feedback reports for headquarters.
  • Monitor and share market-related intelligence (e.g., client expansion plans, competitor product performance, emerging technology trends) to contribute to strategic sales planning.
  • Deliver advanced training sessions to clients and internal teams on equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices.
