• Conduct teaching on relevant skills, tactics and techniques based on badminton training program to upgrade student’s skills
• Develop different academy programs to upskills the different level of students
• Monitor and assessment student performance to continues raise the skills of the students
• Strategies and implement the initiative to develop state and national players
• Manage the academy sponsorship program to attract talented players
• Develop and conduct coach development programs to upgrade the coaches skills
• Assess and certify coaches’ coaching skills
• Collaborate with schools and clubs to grow the academy
• Collaborate with national players to upskills the skill level of the students and coaches
• Collaborate with Malaysia and overseas badminton association in promoting badminton
• Develop ways to increase efficiency capacity, revenue generating ability and profitability of the academy
• Plan and organize local and oversea badminton tournament events
• Initiate and organize package, promotion, event and training camp to grow the academy based on the demand of different markets
• Establish the required standard operation procedure for the academy
• Maintain and manage budgets tied to the academy
• Supervise and manage the performance of coaches
• Accompanying students to competition at local, outstation and oversea level, provide coaching and moral support to them
• Oversee / supervise / guide other coaches in improving performance of student, especially at competitions
• Provide input into coach hiring
• Develop the Social Club Session
• Perform administrative tasks as needed
• Attend to customer enquiries and needs
• Perform any other duties as required
