Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA / CIMA / CPA preferred). 2+ years' of relevant experience. Proficient in MS Excel, Autocount & SQL. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality & independence.
Join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur! You'll play a key supporting role in managing accounting operations — from intercompany reconciliation and commission tracking to audit and tax preparation. We're looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in Excel and accounting systems. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, while experience in direct selling will be a plus. Responsibilities
- Assist to manage full set of accounts following accounting principles.
- Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations & billing.
- Prepare and review audit / tax schedules and statutory reports.
- Ensure timely commission payments and accurate e-Wallet records.
- Maintain asset records and coordinate periodic tagging.
- Support audit, compliance and financial reporting activities.
