To handle 999 incoming calls from callers relating to emergency cases, with objective providing assistant as quickly as possible.To attend the 999 calls according to specified Response Centre practice and procedure.To work to agreed productivity and quality standards (e.g. log in time, talk time, accuracy)Benefits
