Job description

Requirements

  • Recognized DIPLOMA or equivalent
  • Willing and able to work on shift
  • Fresh graduates without experience but eager to learn are welcome

Responsibilities

  • To handle 999 incoming calls from callers relating to emergency cases, with objective providing assistant as quickly as possible.
  • To attend the 999 calls according to specified Response Centre practice and procedure.
  • To work to agreed productivity and quality standards (e.g. log in time, talk time, accuracy)
