Job descriptionEvaluating marketing campaigns and monitoring competitor activity. Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand. Identify potential opportunities in customers Accomplishes sales and marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and trade promotion programs by complying with developing field sales action plans. Responsible for tasks such as managing sales and marketing strategy. Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and consistently anticipating new business purchase opportunities by strategic products. To guide team to achieve personal / group / company target To train and guide team members Minimum 3-5 years in sales & marketing with experience in Labels & Stickers printing industry. Able to speak in Malay, English and / or Mandarin. Computer literate : MS Words, MS Excel skills are required. Excellent selling and networking capability Excellent organizational and planning skills Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges Positive attitude and good communication skills Posses own transport, willing to travel.
