Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality control.
• Manage daily operations of the production floor, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing of bed frames.
• Plan and schedule production activities based on customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity.
• Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, morale, support as needed and efficiency.
• Monitor production lines to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and production guidelines.
• Track and report production performance, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies and taking corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the Head of Production to implement improvements in production processes, product quality, and cost reduction.
• Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment to prevent downtime.
• Enforce and maintain workplace safety procedures in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure that all reporting requirements are met.
• Manpower planning to ensure productivity run efficiency.
