You will work one‑on‑one with your own roster of entrepreneurs, creatives and execs, supporting them as a dedicated accountability coach.

What You’ll Do
Apply psychological principles to hold powerful weekly 20‑minute coaching sessions with U.S.‑based entrepreneurs.Implement behavioral change techniques to help clients overcome execution barriers and productivity challenges.Utilize your psychological training to identify cognitive biases, motivational issues, and behavioral patterns affecting client performance.Collaborate one‑on‑one to optimize clients' task prioritization using psychological frameworks for decision‑making.Build genuine therapeutic‑style rapport with diverse founders and executives.Apply behavior modification strategies through strategic follow‑up communications and reinforcement.Maintain consistent client engagement using principles of habit formation and commitment psychology.Detailed, in‑depth training in Commit Action’s proprietary methodology is provided—think of it as a Ph.D. in Productivity Coaching.
