Job description
  • Develop and deliver training program in the area of insurance product and insurance technical knowledge related content to the agency force.
  • Coach the agent inside and outside training session in order to constantly improve performance.
  • Identify the training needs of the agents from time to time.
  • Deliver any training program as required by the management.

    • Job Requirements :

    • A recognized Degree in any discipline.
    • Candidates with good command of languages (fresh graduate are encouraged to apply).
    • Able to use relevant relevant software / applications such as MS power point for the purpose of designing and developing training materials.
