What you will be accountable for
- The incumbent requires to involve in sales performance targets setting and monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
- Forecast revenue, Annual Contract Value (ACV), and billing activities.
- Prepare materials and data for Business Review meetings.
- Lead the development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance Account Managers' performance.
- Spearhead transformation initiatives within the organization to drive efficiency and growth.
- Prepare, review & monitor daily, weekly & monthly business performance, providing insights of business performance and escalating potential risk / gaps for management review. Establish criteria for performance evaluation independently, assess potential risk and opportunities and propose mitigation for business owners’ consideration.
- Ensure databases & analysis work are reliable, timely & accurate, support and deliver performance dashboard and evaluation by management / senior encompasses revenue, cost, profitability &, translating into actions for business owners.
- Derive actionable insights and routinely present recommendation from analysis.
- Demonstrate good judgement in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance and proposing solutions.
- Biz partner to stakeholders and support on strategic projects to advice project team in performance request include business simulation to support management decision making.
- Design and strategize sales incentive structure and target setting for sales team
- Lead the coordination between various internal stakeholders such as Sales Ops, Service Delivery, Revenue Assurance, Sales Planning, Finance, Compliance, Marketing and others.
What you need for the role
