Job Description

• Oversee the analysis of operational data and build models to project future trends, providing actionable insights to guide the Operations team in decision‑making and planning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies, leading efforts to streamline processes and reduce operational choke points.
• Design, implement, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track projections against actual performance. Ensure that relevant stakeholders have access to real‑time data insights for decision‑making.
• Lead the planning process for major campaigns and holiday periods, working closely with cross‑functional teams to develop a comprehensive operations plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and resource availability.
• Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and strategic recommendations to senior management, highlighting key insights, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts, ensuring the accurate execution of all operational planning and analytics tasks. Foster a collaborative and efficient team environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within operations, using data‑driven insights to propose innovative solutions and refine processes.
