Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Digital Growth Lead to spearhead the development, implementation, and management of our end-to-end digital marketing programs across the full customer journey. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, digital demand generation, optimizing conversion, and enhancing customer engagement — with a primary focus on the transformation of SME business growth , while also supporting Enterprise and Public Sector initiatives across all persona and segments — with a primary focus on the C-suite audience
The ideal candidate is both a strategist and a hands-on executor — someone who understands how to design and deliver integrated, always-on digital programs that align with business objectives, improve online lead sales (OLS) performance, and elevate TIME’s brand presence across all digital touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Experience & Strategy :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across the funnel — from awareness to conversion and retention.
- Drive our digital marketing efforts across all channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, website, content marketing, and email marketing, with a focus on user experience.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to inform strategic initiatives and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, CX, UX / UI, and Brand) to ensure alignment and impact across all digital initiatives.
- Campaign Channel Management :
- Build an always-on demand generation, particularly the SME segment leveraging on owned, paid and earned channels
- Create and manage a content calendar that ensures a consistent and engaging flow of content optimized for various digital platforms.
- Design and implement targeted campaigns that not only nurture leads but also provide value-added experiences for our customers.
- Content Experience :
- Map and design digital customer journeys with relevant content and experiences tailored to each stage — awareness, consideration, purchase, and advocacy.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce digital-first content that resonates with SMEs and enterprise audiences.
- Lead website content strategy and ensure the website becomes an effective conversion hub for digital acquisition.
- UX and Digital Experience Optimization :
- Work closely with the UX / UI and web development teams to optimize digital touchpoints for user experience, navigation, and conversion.
- Provide strategic input on website design, structure, and functionalities to enhance customer experience and lead flow.
- Implement A / B testing, personalization, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) initiatives
- Performance Analysis & Optimization :
- Establish key digital KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, CPL, CAC, OLS growth, ROAS, etc.) and performance dashboards.
- Continuously monitor, analyse, and report digital campaign performance, deriving insights for optimization and future planning.
- Evaluate new tools, platforms, and martech capabilities to enhance automation and scalability.
To be considered, you’ll need :
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation, social media management, and creating exceptional digital experiences.Strong understanding of a modern digital marketing technology stack and track record of setting it up from very limited baseHands-on knowledge of digital marketing techniques and methods and ability to craft a comprehensive digital marketing strategyExcellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.Creative and results-oriented mindset.Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEO software, Fiqma and marketing automation platforms.Our Commitment to You
