Join Sedgwick as a Customer Service Officer in our Kuala Lumpur Call Centre. You will support customers across Malaysia and, on occasion, other regions, providing service that helps people when they need it most. Sedgwick is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Responsibilities
- Emergency Assistance : Handle a full spectrum of inbound and outbound calls for Emergency Roadside Assistance and Emergency Home Assistance across Malaysia.
- Travel Claims : Manage inbound calls for Travel Claims inquiries.
- Mobile Claims : Assist customers from Singapore and Hong Kong with Mobile Claims.
- Customer Support : Address customer inquiries and feedback regarding our services.
- Insurance Claims : Provide motor insurance claim support in line with guidelines.
- Administrative Tasks : Complete call logs and update our operating system.
- Flexibility : Commit to a rotational shift schedule.
- Additional Duties : Occasionally take on other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Strong time management abilities.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Ability to communicate in Mandarin to assist Chinese-speaking customers; proficiency in other dialects is a plus.Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule.What We Offer
