JOB OBJECTIVES

The Lead Developer is tasked with leading the development of innovative software solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals and deliver exceptional customer value. This role requires a strong focus on customer-centricity, ensuring that all software solutions are designed and implemented with the end user in mind.
The Lead Developer will foster a dynamic and adaptable team, capable of taking on additional roles when needed, while driving continuous improvement, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes. A key part of the role is to nurture strong interpersonal relationships within the team and across the organization, promoting collaboration, problem-solving, and success.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic development team, promoting adaptability and ensuring the team is able to take on diverse responsibilities as needed.

Cultivate a customer-centric mindset within the team, ensuring that all software solutions address the needs of users and enhance their experience.

Provide expert guidance in diagnosing, resolving, and optimizing complex data-related issues, with a focus on delivering value to both internal and external customers.

Enhance the performance of existing software by identifying and implementing strategic improvements that align with end users’ expectations.

Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of software databases, ensuring they meet best practices and deliver reliable performance for end users.

Drive rigorous quality assurance processes, including thorough testing and monitoring, to ensure the delivery of robust, secure, and high-performing software.

Actively recommend software enhancements and facilitate the seamless integration of new features that improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with the company's code of conduct, information security policies, and other relevant directives, including taking on on-site system monitoring duties as required.

Take on additional responsibilities as directed by Management, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the broader success of the team and the organization.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Skills & Abilities :

Expert proficiency in SQL programming and database administration for MSSQL and MySQL.

In-depth experience with the C# .NET framework and Next.js .

Advanced knowledge of mobile application development, particularly using Flutter for Android / iOS and Node.js .

Strong familiarity with C# and Entity Framework , with demonstrable experience in iOS application development.

Front end knowledge such as HTML5

Comprehensive full-stack development skills, from front-end technologies to middleware and database integration.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize customer needs, ensuring software solutions align with user requirements and deliver superior experiences.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration, relationship-building, and teamwork across technical and non-technical teams.

Commitment to fostering an adaptable, cohesive team environment, enabling the team to meet evolving demands and take on additional roles when necessary.
