Responsibilities
- Maintain an effective filing system
- Issue invoice, PO, upload invoice into B2B system, key in daily sales report
- Correspondence to external suppliers and customers on documentation queries.
- Assist in office general admin and operations
- Perform general administrative duties, such as answering phone calls
- Ensure all data and records are accurately maintained and secured
- Perform any other administrative or accounting-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Skilled in the use of office software, with good word processing skills.Strong sense of responsibility, with good communication and coordination skills.Candidate able to communicate, read, and type in Mandarin will be advantage.Willing to work under pressure and meet tight dead line.Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
