Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive. Based in Subang Jaya, with some work from home allowed, the Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and establishing strong communications with clients. The role entails developing strategic plans, building and maintaining client relationships to drive business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Skills in new business development and lead generation
• Strong account management skills
• Excellent business and communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field
• Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
