Job Requirements :
Minimum qualification of SPM or its equivalentProficiency in both English and Malay (spoken and written)Willing to work on a 24-hour rotational shift (9-hour shift including a 1-hour break)Required to work 6 days per week, including weekends, with 1 rotational off dayOn-site attendance at Medini 7 Office is mandatoryResponsibilities :
Handle customer enquiries across phone, chat, and email platformsResolve customer issues related to e-hailing services, food delivery, and other service areasAssist with order modifications, cancellations, and refund requestsEffectively communicate any changes in company policies to customersEnsure compliance with company procedures and uphold customer service quality standardsRemuneration & Benefits :
