  • No experience required for this role
  • Expected salary : RM2,800 per month

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum qualification of SPM or its equivalent
  • Proficiency in both English and Malay (spoken and written)
  • Willing to work on a 24-hour rotational shift (9-hour shift including a 1-hour break)
  • Required to work 6 days per week, including weekends, with 1 rotational off day
  • On-site attendance at Medini 7 Office is mandatory
  • Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer enquiries across phone, chat, and email platforms
  • Resolve customer issues related to e-hailing services, food delivery, and other service areas
  • Assist with order modifications, cancellations, and refund requests
  • Effectively communicate any changes in company policies to customers
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and uphold customer service quality standards
  • Remuneration & Benefits :

  • Basic salary up to RM2,800
  • Statutory contributions to EPF, SOCSO, and EIS
  • 12 days of annual leave and 14 days of medical leave (pro-rated)
  • 1-month paid training will be provided
  • Complimentary shuttle service available at selected pick-up points
