Senior Channel Marketing – Industrial Automation & Digital Energy

Overview

The Channel Marketing Senior Specialist plays a pivotal role in accelerating growth and market share for the Industrial Automation (IA) & Digital Energy (DE) divisions by developing and executing channel strategies that empower and engage key partners—System Integrators, EcoXperts, OEMs, Distributors, and Tier 2 partners such as Panel Builders and Dealers. This role is instrumental in building a loyal, self-sustaining ecosystem that delivers differentiated value through Schneider Electric’s solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Channel Strategy & Transformation

Drive channel transformation initiatives to optimize partner mix, coverage, and engagement models, ensuring alignment with AMSP priorities.

Identify and prioritize high-potential partners using profiling tools and opportunity-fit models.

Design and implement channel programs that enhance partner engagement, loyalty, and performance.

Track and analyze channel performance using KPIs and dashboards to ensure program effectiveness and partner contribution to sales.

Deliver best-in-class partner experiences through tailored enablement journeys, including online learning, instructor-led sessions, and job aids.
