Job descriptionPerform balance sheet schedules Bank reconciliations Update daily cash balance movement Prepare weekly and monthly cash forecast Prepare Quarterly GST reporting Prepare JSOX documentation Other Ad-hoc duties / reporting Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent 1-2 years relevant experience will be an added advantage Good communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to multi-task Detail orientated Proficient in Microsoft Excel Knowledge in Navision / ACCPAC, D365 will be an advantage Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment Associate Full-time Finance and Accounting / Auditing Human Resources Services and Staffing and Recruiting
Job Summary
The Finance Executive will working closely with the Accountant, especially assisting in AP, AR, journal entry and month end close.
Key Responsibilities
Month-end close
- Handles AP, AR and partial GL close
- Prepare intercompany billings
- Process staff expenses claims
- Prepare journal entries
