Job Summary

Provide operation support on day-to-day business on policy issuance submission. To drive growth and sales in all assigned products.

Responsibilities

• Provide support on day-to-day business on policy issuance submission and monitoring.
• Assist team in sales support and services, e.g., straight-through quotation and cover note preparation.
• Work closely with Marketing team to ensure effective ongoing sales performance.
• Monitor and analyze business performance and results in sales and compare results with defined outcomes.
• Resolve complex queries / errors and ensure problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Coordinate, plan and implement measures, as well as assist in projects.
