• Focus is to analyze and solve global tickets (Service Requests, Change Requests, Incidents) which are appearing within the global SAP O2C environment
• You consult the business departments regarding the business processes, to identify and implement optimization potential within the O2C processes and do write the respective technical design for the development team.
• You will take over the management of internal and cross-divisional
