Senior ERP Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to join our team. You will provide expert consulting services to our clients, helping them implement, configure, and optimize their Pronto Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Responsibilities

• ERP Implementation & Support – Lead full-cycle Pronto ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Customize and optimize ERP modules to meet business requirements in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve ERP-related issues to ensure smooth system performance.
• Provide ongoing application support and upgrades aligned with business needs.
• Project Management – Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare project documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and training guides.
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Business Process Improvement – Analyze existing client processes and recommend improvements using Pronto ERP best practices.
• Translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions.
• Provide consultancy to maximize system capabilities and enhance operational efficiency.
• Mentor junior consultants and share expertise on Pronto ERP best practices.
• Facilitate workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions with clients and internal teams.
• Support pre-sales activities by demonstrating Pronto ERP capabilities.
