As we continue to grow in the Malaysian market, we are looking for a dynamic Operation Trainer (Franchisee) to join our team and play a critical role in uplifting our store teams' performance, service delivery, and operational excellence.
Job responsibilities
- Deliver training programs for new franchisees and their staff on store operations, customer service, and brand SOPs
- Assist with new store openings, providing on-site operational training and support
- Monitor franchisee performance and provide coaching to improve operational standard
- Collaborate with the operations team to enhance training materials and ensure up-to-date SOPs
- Conduct regular follow-ups and refresher trainings to ensure consistency across all outlets
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in food service training, supervision, franchise operations or store management preferredExperience in fast-paced F&B chains is a strong advantage.Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, F&B operations, or training rolesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAble to travel within South Africa to support franchise locationsStrong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Proactive, responsible, and hands-on.Proficient in mandarin would be an added value
