Senior Finance Manager / Financial Controller (Manufacturing)

• Lead the full month-end closing for manufacturing, ensuring accurate costing, strong controls, and audit compliance.
• Analyse key supply chain and production variances, including PPV, usage & yield, OEE, labour, and overhead absorption.
• Partner with Sales & Commercial teams to drive SKU profitability, pricing strategy, and customer margin insights.
• Work closely with Production Planning to evaluate capacity, scheduling impact, and operational efficiency from a financial lens.
• Drive IBP, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning for manufacturing operations.
• Oversee inventory governance, WIP / FG valuation, cycle counts, and working capital performance.
• Support CAPEX submissions, ROI assessments, and plant transformation initiatives.
• Strengthen SOPs, internal controls, and digital reporting using Advanced Excel, Power Query, and BI dashboards.
